To ensure the creative success of each and every project, we organize our professionals into Project Teams. These teams are responsible for all phases of the development from planning and design through construction and move-in.
Headed by a firm Project Leader, each project team is made up of professionals who have hands-on experience managing a design and construction project from start to finish. We instruct our professionals to know the client, listen to their needs, identify common objectives and present solutions that get us through from the first meeting to the end reality.
